A memorial service for Karolyn "Jean" Kellogg, 63, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Assumption Parish, 3624 W. Indian Trails Road, Spokane, Wash.

A service will be at 11 a.m. June 11, 2005, at St. Teresa's Church in Carson City.

Mrs. Kellogg died May 21, 2005, of cancer. She was born Sept. 5, 1941, in Rock Springs, Wyo., to Albert and Frances Kolman.

She graduated from Rock Springs High School in 1959.

She married Garry Kellogg in 1959.

Mrs. Kellogg worked as a medical office consultant in Carson City and was a member of PEO in Carson City and in Spokane and Our Lady of the Lake in Nine Mile Falls, Wash. Her hobbies included her grandchildren, crafts and the outdoors.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Among her survivors are her husband; sons and daughters -in-law Glen and Ethel and Jim and Lynne and son John; grandchildren Beau, Mark, Katelen, Kasey and Maddie.

Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of the Lake Building Fund, Deacon George Lukach, 5050 Swenson Road, Deer Park, WA 99006.

Community Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
