The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:
Monday: Spud stuffer, ground beef with cheese and onions, sour cream, carrots, peaches, grape juice.
Tuesday: Beef stew with carrots, potatoes, celery, onion, cornbread with butter, coleslaw, mixed fruit, applesauce.
Wednesday: Cheeseburger, fries, barbecue beans, carrot-raisin salad, mixed fruit, ice cream.
Thursday: Baked chicken, green beans, potato wedges, roll with butter, peaches, cake.
Friday: Baked pollack, coleslaw, squash, bread with butter, banana.
The menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Way:
Monday: Chicken and dumplings, corn, peas and carrots, citrus salad, fruit cobbler.
Tuesday: Swiss burger, broccoli, spiced pear, potato wedges, roll with butter.
Wednesday: Beef stew, carrots, potatoes, onions and celery, coleslaw, applesauce, cornbread with butter.
Thursday: Ham slice, pineapple sauce, steamed cabbage, scalloped potatoes, fresh orange, cookies.
Friday: Lasagna, spinach, peaches and pears, garlic bread.
The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Drive:
Monday: Pork chops, broccoli and cauliflower, mashed potatoes with gravy, applesauce, roll.
Tuesday: Cheese tortellini with meat sauce, spinach salad, orange slices, garlic bread.
Wednesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, beets, green salad, baked apple.

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:
Monday: Spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, citrus medley.
Tuesday: Tuna salad on a bed of greens, pea salad, whole-wheat bread, yogurt with fruit.
Wednesday: Veal patty, garlic pasta, spinach salad, Jell-O cake.
Thursday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, peas, peaches, rye bread.
Friday: Ham and beans, cornbread, cottage cheese with pineapple, spinach salad.
The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way.
Monday: Chili, fruit, cottage cheese, fry bread, bread pudding.
Tuesday: Baked ham, macaroni and cheese, carrot-raisin salad, frozen spinach, bread, fruit and cookie, soup.
