Frances 'Bette' Hall

A memorial service for Frances "Bette" Hall, 86, a Carson City resident for the past 23 years, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.

Mrs. Hall died Nov. 25, 2005, in Carson City. She was born March 23, 1919, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Lowell and Frances Mason.

Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Las Vegas

She was a technical illustrator in the aerospace industry. She was an artist who enjoyed oil and watercolor painting. She also played the piano and was a gourmet cook.

She volunteered for 25 years at the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program in Carson City. She was a Presbyterian.

She was preceded in death by her sisters Joyce Leonard in 1945 and Lois Mason in 1927.

Among her survivors are her sister Janice Ayres of Carson City; nephew and wife, Tim and Tiffany LuMaye of Laguna Beach, Calif.; niece and nephew Sharon and Carl Inman of Carson City; and niece Joann Cortez of Austin, Texas.

Inurnment will be at Walton's Carson Gardens Cemetery.
