A memorial service for Nikki Jordan, 58, a Silver Springs resident, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Carson City Fire Station No. 1, 777 S. Stewart St.
Mrs. Jordan died April 7, 2006, of cancer, at her home in Silver Springs. She was born Dec. 23, 1947, in Louisiana, to Chester and Mary Chism Owens.
She married Ralph Jordan on Aug. 13, 1988, in Carson City.
She was a homemaker.
Mr. Jordan enjoyed gardening, making porcelain dolls, fishing and spending time with her horse, Magic.
She was preceded in death by her father and sister Sue Owens.
Among her survivors are her husband; mother; brothers Chet, Dale, Pedro and Richard Owens; sister Sandy Owens; children Doug Collins, Aaron Stanio, Jamie Brazil and Kimberley Wright; stepchildren Randy Jordan, Shelly Morales, Sherry Scalvini, Lisa Barnes and Shannon Young; 14 grandchildren; and numerous extended-family members.
