Dale Evens Cady, 67, a two-year Carson City resident, died April 6, 2006, at his home.
Mr. Cady was born July 19, 1938, in Mohawk, N.Y., to Charles and Myra Cady.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Klamath Falls, Ore.
He was a mechanic.
He served in the U.S. Army.
He belonged to St. Teresa Catholic Church.
Among his survivors are his sons Michael C. and Scott E. Cady; daughter Phyllis C. Thomes; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Capitol City Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
