A funeral for Thomas Joseph Hunt, 48, a 34-year Carson City resident, will be 3-6 p.m. Saturday at 205 W. Gardengate Way in Carson City.
Mr. Hunt died April 16, 2006, at his home. He was born Oct. 23, 1957, in Tracy, Calif., to Fred and Opal Hunt.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Tracy.
He graduated from Carson High School in 1976.
Mr. Hunt was a heavy-equipment operator.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1983 to 1987.
He was preceded in death by his father in 2000, and his mother in 1987, both in Carson City.
Among his survivors are his longtime companion, Sarah Lee; sister, Tami Tatham of Carson City; brothers Tim and Kevin Hunt, both of Carson City; and two nieces in Carson City.
