A funeral service for Emma Elizabeth Davis, 82, a Carson City resident since 1970, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley. Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. at the chapel.
Mrs. Davis died April 16, 2006, in Carson City. She was born March 18, 1924, in Clear Creek, Utah, to James Franklin and Emma Cecelia Jones.
She was a homemaker.
She enjoyed genealogy and spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Thomas Davis in 2003; son Clifford Alan Davis in 2004; and all six of her brothers and sisters.
Among her survivors are her son and daughter-in-law Thomas Franklin Davis Jr. and Conletta Davis of Carson City; and grandchildren Sherry Moore, Danny Davis, Jason Doiy, C.J. Davis, Sabrina Davis and Robert Davis.
Burial will be at Eastside Memorial Park Cemetery in Minden.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
