The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 46-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 9:05 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Hot Springs Road on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear on a traffic matter. Bail was set at $1,046 cash.


• Rechie Takeo Kitoaka, 51, a transient, was arrested at 3:07 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of North Curry Street on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,632.


• A 28-year-old Northern Pipeline employee from Dayton was arrested at 10:55 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor trespassing and destruction of property. Bail was set at $869.


• Ryan Jay Pabor, 26, of Carson City, was arrested at 3:17 a.m. Sunday on Brunswick Canyon Road on suspicion of a felony warrant for burglary. Bail was set at $50,000.


• A 45-year-old gardener from Carson City was arrested at 9 p.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of Moody Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $3,369.


• A 63-year-old American Building employee from Carson City was arrested at 6:49 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Jeanell Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to pay fines. Bail was set at $968 cash.


• A 25-year-old transient was arrested at 10:25 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery, destruction of property and violation of a temporary restraining order. Bail was set at $3,000 cash.


• A 30-year-old unemployed man from Carson City was arrested at 10:56 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of Russell Way on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to complete community service. Bail was set at $1,000 cash.


• Daniel Eugene Morse, 29, of Carson City, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of a felony warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,000.


• David Wyne Westlake, 53, of Redwood City, Calif., was arrested at 3:21 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of felony warrants for burglary and forgery and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $26,550.


• A 37-year-old repossessor from Dayton was arrested at 8:35 p.m. Saturday on Highway 50 East on suspicion of drunken driving and open container. Bail was set at $1,309.


• A 26-year-old cook from Carson City was arrested at 1:05 p.m. Saturday in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.


• A 36-year-old polisher from Carson City was arrested at 9:14 p.m. Saturday in the 20 block of College Parkway on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $177 cash.


• A 42-year-old man from Carson City was arrested at 4:10 p.m. Saturday at Northgate Lane and Hot Springs Road on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of alternate sentencing. Bail was set at $3,000 cash.


• Teresa Wendy Miranda-Sotelo, 42, of Carson City, was arrested at 4:44 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Tybo Circle on suspicion of felony obtaining money or goods under false pretenses, forgery, uttering a forged instrument, writing no account checks, issuing checks without money and commercial burglary. Bail was set at $25,000.


Storey County


The following are some of the 33 calls to which deputies responded:


• A report taken at 7:39 p.m. Saturday that someone used a BB gun and damaged the front window of a home in the 500 block of Sutro Springs Road in Dayton.


• A traffic accident with injuries at Interstate 80 and Tracy Clark at 9 p.m. Saturday.
