The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 32-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 11 p.m. in the 900 block of Beverly Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $237.


• Trung Truonghung, 32, a transient, was arrested at 3:49 p.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony failure to register as a sex offender. Truonghung was arrested after he was reportedly begging for money outside a local business, and an identity check confirmed he was a sex offender, according to the arrest report. Bail was set at $5,000.


• A 62-year-old transient was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Caroline and South Carson streets on suspicion of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $237.


• A 22-year-old cook from Carson City was arrested at 7:41 p.m. Saturday in the 2200 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $457 cash.


• A 42-year-old disabled woman from Carson City was arrested at 6:32 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and contempt of court. Bail was set at $4,132 cash.


• A 22-year-old transient was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $3,000 cash.


• A 50-year-old female was arrested at 10:26 a.m. Saturday in the 1900 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $207 cash.


• A 39-year-old concrete worker from Carson City was arrested at 12:05 p.m. Saturday at Saliman Road and Fifth Street on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence of drugs, driving on a suspended license and no valid proof of insurance. No bail was set.


• A 43-year-old carpenter from Carson City was arrested at 8:34 a.m. Saturday at South Edmonds and Pheasant Drive on suspicion of two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear, no valid driver's license and no working brake lights. Bail was set at $1,283 cash.

• A report of a residential burglary in the 100 block of Mountain View Drive in Fernley at 9:58 a.m. Friday.


• A report of fraudulent activity in the 900 block of Winnie Lane in Fernley at 12:25 p.m. Friday.


• A larceny report was taken at the Fernley Substation at 1:23 p.m. Friday.


• A motor vehicle accident with property damage on East Main Street in Fernley at 1:25 p.m. Friday.


• A report of drug possession or sales at the Fernley Substation at 1:29 p.m. Friday.


• A report of harassing or obscene phone calls was taken at the Dayton Substation at 1:32 p.m. Friday.


• A hit-and-run accident reported at the Fernley Substation at 2:40 p.m. Friday.


• A fight in the 100 block of South End Drive in Dayton at 3:26 p.m. Friday.


• A domestic dispute involving destruction of property in the 2900 block of Highway 95A in Silver Springs at 5:44 p.m. Friday.


• A trespassing report involving destruction of property in the 9500 block of Bass Street in Silver Springs at 6:29 p.m. Friday.


• A domestic dispute in the 700 block of Canary Court in Fernley at 6:49 p.m. Friday.


• A motor vehicle accident involving property damage on East Main Street in Fernley at 7:02 p.m. Friday.


• A drunken driver on River Vista Drive in Dayton Valley at 10:07 p.m. Friday.


• A drunken driver at Highway 50 and Graves Lane in Dayton at 1:29 a.m. Saturday.


• A drunken driver at Highway 50 and Kit Kat Drive in Mound House at 3:47 a.m. Saturday.


• A hit-and-run accident at Taboosi Way and Paiute Drive on tribal lands at 7:52 a.m. Saturday.


• A report of destruction of property with injury to others in the 300 block of Mica Court in Mound House at 8:15 a.m. Saturday.


• A report of commercial burglary in the 500 block of Sunny Lane in Fernley at 10 a.m. Saturday.


• A fight in the 300 block of Willow Way in Fernley at 3:58 p.m. Saturday.


• A domestic dispute in the 600 block of Sunny Lane in Fernley at 5:25 p.m. Saturday.


• A drunken driver at Spence Street and Highway 95A in Mason Valley at 10:55 p.m. Saturday.




Storey County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:


• Someone broke the window on South C Street in Virginia City with an unknown object at 4:47 p.m. Saturday.


• A report of a fight in progress on South C Street in Virginia City at 1:23 a.m. Sunday.


• A report of a fight in progress in the 1000 block of Wild Horse Canyon Drive in Virginia City at 2:29 a.m. Sunday.
