The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

Tuesday: Teriyaki chicken, spinach salad, rice, baked beans, mixed fruit, cake.
Wednesday: Rueben sandwich, sauerkraut, macaroni salad, rye bread, pears, orange juice.
Thursday: Sweet-and-sour chicken, chow mein noodles, stir-fry veggies, banana, fortune cookie.
Friday: Breakfast, 9-10 a.m. - Baked omelet, ham, cinnamon roll, fresh fruit, V8 and orange juice.
The menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Way:
Today: Polish sausage casserole, green salad, fruit bowl, bread with butter.
Tuesday: Lasagna, mixed Italian veggies, apple cobbler, garlic bread.
Wednesday: Hot beef sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, fruit mix, whole-wheat bread.
Thursday: Shepherd's pie, beef, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, fresh fruit, bread with butter.
Friday: Chef's choice lunch, assorted entrees, vegetables, fruits, dessert.
The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Dr:
Today: Swiss steak over egg noodles, mixed veggies, orange, spinach salad.
Tuesday: Barbecued meatballs, steamed rice, broccoli, peaches.
Wednesday: Chicken in mushroom sauce, red potatoes, citrus salad.
Thursday: Grilled-cheese sandwich, garden soup, green salad.
Friday: Sloppy Joes, Brussels sprouts, Tater Tots, apricots.
The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:
Today: Poor man's lobster, herbed rice, pickled beets, pudding.
Tuesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, baked acorn squash, colorful salad with Italian dressing, seven-grain bread, yogurt with fruit, milk.
Wednesday: Chicken cacciatore, layered carrots, cucumbers in sour cream, whole-wheat roll, orange rice pudding.
Thursday: Mexican meatballs, zucchini, garden salad with Caesar dressing, corn tortilla, fruit.
Friday: Beef-vegetable soup, peanut butter and currant jelly sandwich on raisin bread, carrot sticks, berries.
