A graveside service for Leoda Mae Hamilton, 91, a 19-year resident of Gardnerville, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Eastside Memorial Park in Minden.

Mrs. Hamilton died May 18, 2006, in Carson City. She was born June 5, 1914, in Culver City, Calif., to Margaret Tanner.

She married James Raymond Hamilton Jan. 9, 1948 in Los Angeles.

Before moving to Gardnerville, she lived in Reseda, Calif.

She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Clarence Watkins; son, Marvin Clyde Thomas; and grandson Michael Clyde Thomas.

Among her survivors are her husband of 58 years of Gardnerville; daughter, Sharon Lee Paquet of Glendale, Calif.; grandson Wayne Russell Thomas of Aurora, Colo.; and great-granddaughter Lauren Thomas of Denver.

FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
