Yerington volleyball beats Truckee in five

It was a tough test, but in the end the Yerington High volleyball team won going away, winning 22-25, 25-14, 21-25, 25-19, 15-2 at Truckee on Friday.

Kayla Lommori had 22 kills, seven blocks, seven digs and two aces, Dena Helme had nine kills and 10 digs, Angela Marracini had six kills, four blocks, four digs and an ce, Kiara Rosse had six kills, three digs, one block, 15 assists and an ace, Bre Tognoli had a kill, five blocks, seven digs, and 14 assists, Rani Williams had a kill and a block and Danelle Bristol added six digs and three aces for Yerington (27-1, 12-0 in the Northern 3A.
