Mary Louise Mills

A memorial service for Mary Louise Mills, 92, a five-year Yerington resident, was held Monday at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home in Yerington with the Rev. Milton Carr officiating.

Mrs. Mills died Oct. 20, 2006, at the South Lyon Medical Center in Yerington. She was born July 30, 1914, in East Providence, R.I., to Fred and Margaret Livingstone.

She married Robert C. Mills on Oct. 24, 1964, in Las Vegas.

Before moving to Yerington, she lived in Carson City.

She worked for the Nevada Legislature.

Among her survivors are her husband, of Yerington; daughter and son-in-law Ann and Bill McIntyre of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; son Roy Moore of Santa Barbara, Calif.; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home in Yerington is in charge of arrangements.
