The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• Daniel Ray Helmer, 33, of Carson City, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Christina Street on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $20,000.


• A 22-year-old painter from Carson City was arrested at 1:39 p.m. Saturday in the 3200 block of Imperial Way on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132. Also arrested was a 22-year-old painter from Carson City on suspicion of misdemeanor criminal contempt. Bail was set at $1,911 cash.


• A 20-year-old Snap-On employee from Carson City was arrested at 12:38 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Woodside Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $3,000 cash.


• A 29-year-old Tires Plus employee from Carson City was arrested at 12:56 a.m. Sunday at Lompa Lane and Carmine Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $341 cash.


• A 25-year-old casino worker from Reno was arrested at 1:23 a.m. Sunday at College Parkway and North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $1,000 cash.


• A 42-year-old maintenance worker from Carson City was arrested at 1:53 a.m. Sunday at highways 395 and 50 on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,132.


• A 21-year-old soldier from Dayton was arrested at 2:04 p.m. Saturday at Proctor and Curry streets on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt. Bail was set at $632 cash.


• A 22-year-old Chocolate Factory employee from Carson City was arrested at 10:37 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of South Harbin Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.


• A 21-year-old mechanic from Washoe City was arrested at 11:29 p.m. Saturday at Highway 50 East and Edmonds Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and failure to maintain a single lane. Bail was set at $1,239.


• A 28-year-old Scolari's employee from Minden was arrested at 1:46 a.m. Sunday in the 500 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.


• A 21-year-old construction worker from Reno was arrested at 3:38 a.m. Sunday in the 1800 block of Goni Road on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving, failure to maintain a single lane and no valid driver's license. Bail was set at $1,426.

• A drunk driver in the 30 block of Dayton Valley Road in Dayton Valley at 1:17 a.m. Saturday.


• A drunk driver on Highway 95A in Mason Valley at 1:30 a.m. Saturday.


• A drunk driver eastbound on Highway 50 in Mound House at 2:51 a.m. Saturday.


• A report of a battery in the 1900 block of Patrick Circle in Fernley at 12:02 p.m. Saturday.


• A report of a commercial burglary taken at the Dayton Substation at 3:40 p.m. Saturday.


• A drunk driver on McKenzie Lane in Mason Valley at 11:40 p.m. Saturday.
