The Nevada Appeal will feature an expanded sports section on Friday to highlight the upcoming football season.
Included in the section will be previews on local high school football teams for the upcoming season. Local high schools to be featured will include Carson, Douglas, Dayton, Galena, Viriginia City and Fernley.
Features on local players at the collegiate level will be included as well.
The section will also feature a special page with schedules for local high school teams, major college programs and the NFL. The section will also feature team-by-team NFL schedules.
