The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• John Sigmund Witbart, 39, a mason, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of felony fraudulent use of a credit card out of Douglas County. Bail was set at $1,500.

• A 19-year-old unemployed Silver Springs man was arrested on probation violation. Bail was set at $3,000.

• Erik Rasmussen II, 36, a carpenter from Reno, was arrested Tuesday in the 1000 block of Stewart Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor destruction of property, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He allegedly threw a rock through a window at U.S. Bank after becoming upset that he couldn't get his money. Bail was set at $3,964.

• Coroner call in the 3200 block of Imperial Way at 8:42 a.m.

• Accident at Fairview Drive and Roop Street at 12:04 p.m.

• Petty larceny report at Scolari's after a homeless man tried to steal food and booze at 12:15 p.m.

• Accident at Corbett and South Roop streets at 1:20 p.m.

• Report of two men illegally dumping items near the water tank on Goni Road at 2:13 p.m.

• Identity theft report on Jeanell Drive at 3:25 p.m.

• Identity theft report on Stonegate Way at 4:55 p.m.

• Vehicle burglary report in the 400 block of North Curry Street at 5:40 p.m.

• A woman reported at 5:43 p.m. $345 was missing from her Cambridge Court home after the maids cleaned.

• A mother reported at 6:35 p.m. a woman claiming to be her grandmother tried to pick up her child from the college daycare.

• Graffiti reports on Woodside Drive and Mayflower Way.

• Vehicle burglary reports in the 700 block of Silver Oak Drive and 2100 block of Highway 50 East.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Magnetic Way in Mark Twain at 6:20 a.m.

• Accident on Logan Lane in Fernley at 12:23 p.m.

• Accident at Cowee and Affonso drives at 2:37 p.m. in Mound House.

• Felony arrest on Friedhoff Lane in Mason Valley at 2:39 p.m.

• Fire on Rawhide Street in Silver Springs at 3:55 p.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest in the 2200 block of Highway 50 East in Dayton at 5:20 p.m.

• Felony arrest on Villa Park in Fernley at 8:27 p.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Apache Drive in Stagecoach at 9:19 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Traffic tickets issued on State Route 341, Interstate 80 and Six Mile Canyon Road, Lockwood.
