Flasher arrested at Storey school

A Lockwood man was arrested in the parking lot of an elementary school on Saturday after allegedly exposing his genitals to an adult female.

David Lee Fisher, 50, was booked into the Storey County Jail on suspicion of gross misdemeanor open and gross lewdness.

According to Sgt. Chris Parsons, of the Storey County Sheriff's Department, a woman reported Fisher, dressed only in shorts and boots, flashed his genitals at her at 5:35 p.m. Parsons said although there were no children in the area at the time, there were teachers at Hillside Elementary School in Lockwood when the incident took place.

Fisher's bail was set at $2,500.

Also recently arrested by Storey County deputies:

• Tammy Laurene Davis, 36, of the Virginia City Highlands, on suspicion of gross misdemeanor being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Davis was arrested Feb. 12 during a domestic violence investigation, said Parsons.

• Sonia Medina, 31, an unemployed cashier from Reno, was arrested Friday on suspicion of gross misdemeanor being under the Influence of a methamphetamine and obstructing a peace officer. She was arrested during a traffic stop on Mustang Road in Lockwood.

• A 31-year-old Sparks man was arrested on Friday during a traffic stop on Waltham Way on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and resisting a public officer.

• A 25-year-old Sparks man was arrested during a traffic stop on State Route 341 Thursday on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.

• An 18-year-old Dayton man was arrested Thursday during a traffic stop on State Route 341 on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 47-year-old Virginia City Highlands man was arrested Feb. 12 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and domestic battery.

• A 19-year-old Sparks man was arrested during a traffic stop Feb. 11 on State Route 342 in Gold Hill on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

• A 19-year-old Reno man was arrested during a traffic stop Feb. 11 on State Route 342 in Gold Hill on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

• A 20-year-old Sparks man was arrested during a traffic stop Feb. 11 on State Route 342 in Gold Hill on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence of drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 20-year-old Virginia City man was arrested during a traffic stop Feb. 10 on State Route 342 in Gold Hill on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
