Sheriff's Log

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Cesar Armando "Flaco" Alvarado, 28, a baby sitter from Carson City, was arrested at 10:01 a.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of Boulder Drive on two warrants charging suspicion of felony failure to appear and failure to appear on a traffic citation. No bail was set.

• A 27-year-old Marysville man was arrested at 10:20 a.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor trespassing and battery. Bail was set at $1,369.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:

• Coroner call in the 3000 block of North Ormsby Boulevard at 7:56 a.m.

• Fraud reports in the 3800 block of South Carson Street, 1400 block of East William Street and 900 block of East Second Street.

• Larceny report in the 1100 block of East Long Street at 9:08 a.m.

• Threat report in the 200 block of Corbett Street at 11:45 a.m.

• Threat report in the 1800 block of Karin Drive at 4:44 p.m.

• Intoxicated subject at Saliman and Fifth streets at 10:23 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:

• Commercial burglary report near Occidental Drive in Dayton at 1:18 a.m.

• Fight report in the 300 block of Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 11:33 a.m.

• Drug report in the Dayton area at 3:08 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:

• A report of cement trucks blocking traffic on North A Street at 10:21 a.m.
