Wine walk

Guests enjoy music by the Sierra Swing Band at the Carson Nugget on Saturday at Winter Wine & All That Jazz. The event is the largest fundraiser for Carson Advocates for Cancer Care. The organization provides financial support and education to residents of Northern Nevada with cancer by helping defray medical, pharmaceutical and transportation costs for them and their families. The event featured about a dozen wineries from Nevada and California, wine judging, a silent auction, raffle and the music of the Sierra Swing Band. BRAD HORN/Nevada Appeal
