Larnard and Lorraine Case recently celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary.
Lorraine and Larnard were married March 21, 1937 in Reno, and lived in Modesto for many years. The couple moved to Lake Tahoe in the 1960s and were employed there until their retirement, and have lived in Carson City since that time.
The couple have four children, son Loren (Ester), and daughters Lorette (Bill) Myers, Lorene (Gene) Wilkinson and Lorelle Chorkey; 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Lorraine and Larnard were honored at a family dinner at Walley's Hot Springs Resort. Attending the celebration were their children and their spouses, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
