A memorial Mass for Kevin L. Brown, 47, a 16-year resident of Dayton will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Ann's Catholic Church.

Mr. Brown died July 23, 2007, in Reno. He was born March 30, 1960, in Los Angeles to Charles and Mary Brown. He married Mary Arendt in Salt Lake City on July 30, 1985. He previously lived in Tucson, Ariz.

Mr. Brown owned and operated Juicy's Giant Hamburgers in Carson City until he was paralyzed in an auto accident in 1995. He was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church. He enjoyed competitive swimming, reading and gardening.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Among his survivors are his wife of Dayton; son, Nicholas Brown; son and daughter-in-law, Joshua and Nichole Brown of Dayton; daughter, Sarah Brown of Mound House; sisters and brothers-in-law, Patricia and Joseph Dunn of Lakewood, Colo., Barbara and Jim Sheekey of Manhattan Beach, Calif., Sheila Brown and Craig Othmer of Santa Fe, N.M.., Marina Brown-Bochicchio and Ralph Bochicchio of Dana Point, Calif.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Clare Brown of Camarillo, Calif., Brian and Bonnie Brown of Tacopa, Calif.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge arrangements.
