The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• David Ricky Galbaldon, 46, a sales manager from Fontana, Calif., on a warrant for suspicion of felony passing a check without sufficient funds. Bail was set at $5,000.


• James Patrick Burrow, 29, a laborer from Carson City, was arrested at 7:31 p.m. Wednesday at Clearview Drive and Carson Street on suspicion of felony drunken driving causing substantial bodily harm, felony hit and run with injury, driving without valid insurance, driving with an expired vehicle registration, reckless driving and failing to render aid. Bail was set at $45,563.


• A 55-year-old unemployed Gardnerville man was arrested at 4:07 p.m. in the 3600 block of Shawnee Drive in Minden on suspicion of domestic battery, which allegedly occurred in Carson City. Bail was set at $3,132.


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:


• Petty larceny report on South Carson Street at 6:21 a.m.


• Coroner call in the 3000 block of North Ormsby Boulevard at 10:45 a.m.


• Graffiti reports on Country Village Drive and South Carson Street.


• Fraud report on East Second Street at 12:50 p.m.


• Commercial burglary report in the 1700 block of North Edmonds Drive at 12:53 p.m.


• Battery report in the 100 block of West Telegraph Street that ultimately turned out to be a cover story for a man who was drinking while on probation.


• Accident at Curry and Moses streets at 7:07 p.m.


• Fight report in the 2400 block of North Carson Street at 10:48 p.m.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:


• Accident on Cassandra Way in Mark Twain at 4:08 a.m.


• Commercial burglary report on Highway 50 Alternate in Fernley at 9:55 a.m.
