A celebration of life for LaVonne Fenwick Hallahan Wilson, 67, a Genoa resident, will be 2-5 p.m. March 10 at 2456 Genoa Springs Dr.
Mrs. Wilson died Feb. 20, 2007. She was born July 6, 1939, in Exeter, Calif., to Omar and Irma Fenwick.
Before moving to Genoa, Mrs. Wilson lived in Reno from 1946 until she moved to Marla Bay Lake Tahoe. She moved to Genoa in the 1990s.
She worked as a secretary at Stead Air Force Base and at the Veterans Hospital in Reno.
She owned and operated her own real estate business, Lake of the Sky Properties, and later was affiliated with Coldwell Banker Itildo Realty in Minden.
Among her survivors are her husband, Steve Wilson; sons Randy and Ricky Hallahan, both of Reno; brother Jerry Fenwick of Sparks; and two nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
