The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• Christian Quirarte, 21, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Monday in the 600 block of Hot Springs Road on suspicion of felony battery with a deadly weapon, violation of bail conditions and destruction of property. Bail was set at $33,632. Quirarte allegedly assaulted a neighbor with a bat, and broke out the window on a vehicle.


• Jose Dejesus Reyes-Ramirez, 42, of Sparks, was arrested at 5:03 a.m. Monday on Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, five counts of possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor traffic warrant. Reyes-Ramirez was contacted by deputies allegedly asleep at the wheel of his vehicle on the off-ramp of the freeway. Several prescription pills were recovered from the vehicle along with 3.6 grams of suspected methamphetamine. His bail was set at $5,789.


• A 19-year-old Department of Forestry employee was arrested at 4:56 a.m. Tuesday on Shady Oak Drive on suspicion of obstructing a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The 19-year-old was allegedly caught trying to sneak his 15-year-old girlfriend back into her house after she snuck out to be with him. Bail was set at $1,139.


• Delbert Ray Broon, 41, of Carson City, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. Monday in the 1300 block of Willard Lane on suspicion of felony assault on a police officer. Bail was set at $2,500.

• Felony arrest on Highway 50 East at Highway 395 at 4:52 a.m.


• Graffiti reports on Ponderosa Drive and East Proctor Street.


• Property injury report in the 700 block of Garys Way at 10:51 a.m.


• Coroner calls in the 2000 block of North Ormsby Boulevard at 10:57 a.m. and 12:05 p.m.


• Three-vehicle accident at Roop and Long streets at 1:07 p.m.


• Accident on Frontage Road in front of Carson Lanes at 2:26 p.m.


• Vehicle burglary report at 3:06 p.m. in the 400 block of South Saliman Road.


• Accident at West Musser and North Division streets at 3:22 p.m.


• A caller reported what appeared to be a dead body wrapped in a blanket on Spooner Summit at 4:09 p.m. Officers discovered the blanket was wrapped around sagebrush.


• Accident at East Fifth Street and Saliman Road at 6:06 p.m.


• Accident at College Parkway and North Carson Street at 6:35 p.m.


• A report of a vehicle striking a rock on South Deer Run Road at 10:55 p.m.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• Windows were reportedly broken on a truck sometime before 6:11 a.m. on Tamsen Drive in Fernley.


• A report of a home and vehicle spray painted with graffiti sometime Sunday night in the 600 block of Nader Way in Fernley.


• A window on a van was broken out sometime Sunday night in the 300 block of Old Dayton Valley Road.


• A report of a gun missing from Artist View Road in Smith Valley at 9:50 a.m.


• Graffiti report in the 300 block of Willow Way in Fernley at 10:53 a.m.


• A report of a rock thrown through a garage window at 10:52 a.m. in the 6000 block of Highway 50 East.


• Misdemeanor arrest in the 700 block of Divot Drive in Fernley at 2:37 p.m.


• Graffiti reported at the entrance of a subdivision on Quail Run Road in Fernley at 4:01 p.m.


• Accident at Out of Town Park in Fernley at 6:05 p.m.


• Accident in the 400 block of West Main Street in Fernley at 7:10 p.m.


Storey County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• A woman reported a passing pickup hit her vehicle with a paintball on Main Street at 1:58 p.m.


• A report of the parking lot lights broken out at the Ramada Inn at 3:08 p.m.


• Traffic citation issued on State Route 341 at 10:57 p.m.
