Monday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, cauliflower, garlic bread, fruit pie.
Tuesday: Swiss burger, broccoli, cauliflower, fries, spiced pears, brownie.
Wednesday: Lemon pepper fish, rice, squash, three-bean salad, peaches.
Thursday: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, cucumber/tomato/onion salad, banana, cookie.
Friday: Breakfast, 9-10 a.m. Baked omelet, ham, cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, V8 and orange juice.
The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Drive:
Monday: Oven baked chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, green salad, peaches.
Tuesday: Philly cheese steak, broccoli, pineapple Jell-O salad, Tater Tots.
Wednesday: Tuna casserole, green salad, orange slices, bread.
Thursday: Ham and scalloped potatoes, green beans, roll with butter, pears, cookie.
Friday: Baked meatloaf, rice casserole, beets, with orange sauce, carrot and celery sticks, wheat bread with margarine, banana.
The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave. for the week of March 26-30:
Monday: Barbecue Philly steak sandwich, onions, peppers, broccoli, Tater Tots, peach and pineapple.
Tuesday: Turkey pot pie, green beans with mushrooms, mixed fruit, sherbet, roll w/butter.
Wednesday: Polish sausage and potato casserole, stewed tomatoes, peach cobbler, roll with butter.
Thursday: Hot beef sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli, baked apples, orange juice.
Friday: Salmon steak, hollandaise pea sauce, carrot-raisin salad, pineapple rings, bread stick.
The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is located on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:
Monday: Beef vegetable soup, Mexican corn pie, mixed green salad, orange.
Tuesday: Turkey pot pie, mixed green salad, grain bread, apple.
Wednesday: Baked meatloaf, mashed potatoes, spinach, lettuce and tomato salad, whole wheat bread, Chantilly fruit cup.
