Fernley's Jessi Robison and Yerington's Zeena Willis were among the golfers to qualify for the NIAA 3A State Championships in girls golf at the Northern 3A Championships on Thursday at the Golf Club at Fernley.
The top four teams and top 10 individuals on nonqualifying teams qualified for the state event to be held on Monday and Tuesday in Las Vegas. Incline won the event with a score of 473. The other teams to qualify were Lowry (504), Battle Mountain (521) and Wells (522).
Robison qualified as one of the top 10 individuals on nonqualifying teams, finishing 14th overall with a 101. Willis also qualified after finishing tied for 17th overall with a 104.
