A cement truck rolled over on Jacks Valley road at James Canyon Loop near the Sierra Nevada Ranch Golf Course about 10:18 a.m.
The injured driver of the "fully loaded cement truck" was able to get out of the vehicle before help arrived. He was complaining of a possible leg injury and back pain.
The accident happened at the north end of James Canyon Loop. The fire department was called to clean up leaking oil.
Expect delays in the area.
