CARSON CITY

Governor's Mansion, 606 N. Mountain St., 4:30-8:30 p.m. Disabled children will be accommodated.

Safe Trick or Treating from 4-6 p.m. at the Children's Museum of Northern Nevada includes treats, face painting, crafts and more; entry $3 per child.

The Salvation Army's Harvest Carnival is from 5:30-8 p.m., 661 Colorado St., features candy, hotdogs, games, prizes and more.

Fall Festival from 6-9 p.m. at the Frontier Plaza, 1927 N. Carson St. includes games, face painting, pony rides, bounce house, live music and more.

Haunted House at 1137 Lindsey Lane is from 6:30-10 p.m. Entry is 2, non-perishable food items per person, to benefit Ron Wood Family Resource Center.

Creation Celebration from 6-9 p.m. at Bread of Life Christian Fellowship, 10042 Highway 50 East. Experience one day of creation at a time with treats. Family friendly, safe and free. A trick-or-treat alternative for children and adults.

A Ghost Night Celebration begins with a parade at 5 p.m., rides on the V&T, sleepover at St. Mary's Art Center, haunted halls at the Historic Fourth Ward School. Entry fee for some events.
