Carson City Health Department's food-service inspections and the date of inspection (all scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations):

• Lifted Cafe, 2201 W. College Pkwy, No. Aspen, restaurant, scored 98 points. Potentially hazardous food is held cold between 41-45F. Potentially hazardous food is held hot between 135-139F.

• Mei's Diner, 248 E. Winnie Lane, restaurant, scored 100 points.

• Grocery Outlet of Carson City, 1831 N. Carson St., retail grocery, scored 100 points.

• Subway #10368, 100 W. Winnie Lane, restaurant, scored 96 points. Meats in the prep. table bins were held cold between 41-45F. The food was not covered. Cloths used on food-contact surfaces do not contain sanitizer residual. There was no sanitizer in the sanitizer bucket. The ceiling tile above ice machine is not clean. The tile shows stain from water leakage. (Repeat Violation)
