Sheriffs' Log

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Luann Kaye Knowles, 23, unemployed from Sparks, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. Wednesday on suspicion of felony possession of more than one ounce of marijuana and misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $5,500.

• A 33-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 8:21 a.m. in the 4200 block of West Sutro Terrace on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a protection order. Bail was set at $1,132.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• An 18-year-old girl was at the hospital at 3:25 a.m. after she fell out of the vehicle she was riding in and was then hit by a car driven by her boyfriend.

• Accident at Airport Road and Highway 50 East at 7:57 a.m.

• Report of identity theft on Hells Bells Road at 10:52 a.m.

• Graffiti report inside the upstairs men's room at Carson High School at 11:28 a.m.

• Graffiti report in the 1800 block of Amberwood Drive at 4:51 p.m.

• Accident in the 3900 block of Fairview Drive at 5:36 p.m.

• Accident at South Stewart and Carson Street at 7:01 p.m.

• Report of an intoxicated man, wearing one latex glove, staggering in the 4600 block of Snyder Avenue at 11:28 p.m.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Report of a window shot with a BB in the 1300 block of Mountain Rose Drive in Fernley at 8:09 a.m.

• Felony arrest on East Main Street in Fernley at 2:22 p.m.

• Battery report on Round Up Road in Fernley at 2:42 p.m.
