Updated weather for the Carson City area calls for partly cloudy skies with highs from 69-79 degrees. Light winds will become north around 10 mph in the afternoon.
Tonight will be clear with lows in the mid-40s with light winds in the evening.
Gas pipeline work continues on Fairview Drive from Pheasant Drive to Highway 50 East. Lane restrictions are in effect with controls for movement of heavy equipment.
Road work is also continuing on Saliman Road from Fairview Drive to East Fifth Street.
