No criminal charges will be filed against former Virginia City High School teacher William Beeson.
And although he has been dismissed from his job, Beeson said he filed a grievance several weeks ago to get it back.
Beeson, who taught English and theater arts at Virginia City High School was placed on administrative leave in May after allegations that Beeson improperly touched a student were filed with the Storey County Sheriff's Office.
Storey County District Attorney Harold Swafford said that after investigating, he found no crime was committed.
