Sheriff's Log

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Samuel Weese, 26 of Carson City, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. in the 900 block of Little Lane on suspicion of felony trafficking and sale of a controlled substance. Weese was the focus of a Carson City Sheriff's Special Enforcement Team operation. During the surveillance, Weese and Hector Tinajero-Ramirez were leaving when officers attempted to stop them and a pursuit allegedly ensued. Weese's bail was set at $20,000.

• Hector Tinajero-Ramirez, 23, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Little Lane on suspicion of felony trafficking, sale of a controlled substance, eluding police and misdemeanor obstructing. Bail was set at $40,000. Also arrested was Michelle McKnight, 26, unemployed from Carson City, on suspicion of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and misdemeanor probation violation. Bail was set at $20,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Accidents on Hot Springs Road and College Parkway.

• Report of a window shot out on a business in the 3600 block of Curry Street sometime over the weekend.

• Threat report in the 4000 block of Pheasant Drive at 9:45 a.m.

• Report credit cards and cash stolen from a motel room in the 500 block of North Stewart Street at 11:26 a.m.

• Child custody dispute on Century Circle at 1:07 p.m.

• A report of a strong-armed robbery in the 600 block of South Minnesota Street at 7:32 p.m. The victim declined medical attention or to press charges.

• A woman reported receiving a threatening voice mail at 9:58 p.m. on David Street.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Domestic dispute at 12:08 a.m. in the 900 block of Villa Way in Fernley.

• A caller reported their roommate opened all their mail and went through their things on Rogue River Road at 4:40 a.m.

• Coroner call on Mesa Drive in Fernley at 9:03 a.m.

• Report of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the hand on Randon Court in Fernley at 2:02 p.m.

• Accident on Pete Hendrichs Road at 3:03 p.m.

• Report of a person refusing to pay for his room on Truck Inn Way in Fernley at 4 p.m.

• Hit-and-run accident report on West Main Street in Fernley at 6:01 p.m.

• Coroner call on Broadway Avenue in Mason Valley at 5:15 p.m.

• Drunken driving arrest on Highway 208 at 9:09 p.m. in Mason Valley.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Traffic citation issued on Waltham Way at 7:51 a.m.

• Report of horses in the roadway State Route 341 at 7:56 a.m.

• Arrest on North C Street at 7:19 p.m.
