Tuesday weather may be damp; road work has traffic controls

Today will be cloudy with isolated showers, snow level around 4500 feet with highs 43-53 and west winds around 10 mph increasing to 15-20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph in the afternoon.

Tonight, mostly cloudy with isolated showers in the evening, lows 22-32 with west winds 10-15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph in the evening.

At 6:24 a.m., the Nevada Department of Transportation reports all routes in Northern Nevada open with no controls with the exception of Highway 395 " high wind advisory, campers and trailers not advised for 6 miles between East Lake Boulevard and Winters Ranch.

Road work continues in Carson City with areas of delays, mainly Fairview Drive between Roop Street and South Edmonds, and Highway 50 East between Airport Road and Saliman Road.

Traffic will be controlled at times; alternate routes are suggested.
