Note: Menus are for the week of April 21 and are subject to change without notice. Choice of beverage is included with meals.

CARSON CITY

The luncheon menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive, includes milk or coffee every meal.

Monday: Herb baked chicken, baked sweet potato, vegetable medley, apple, whole wheat bread with peach butter.

Tuesday: Corned beef hash with hashbrowns, broccoli, orange wedges, raspberry Jell-O, gems, cornbread with honey butter.

Wednesday: Rosemary pork chops, colcannon potatoes, steamed spinach, mixed berries with fruit, chocolate cake.

Thursday: Lasagna, garden salad with fat-free dressing, tropical fruit, garlic bread.

Friday: Chef salad with ham, turkey, cheese, egg, tomato, cucumber, celery sticks, strawberries over sponge cake, French bread with margarine.

DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road.

Monday: Pork chop, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, applesauce, bread, chocolate pudding.

Tuesday: Chicken with mushroom sauce, stuffing, mixed veggies, roll, Ambrosia.

Wednesday: Breakfast Ð French toast, warm strawberries, scrambled eggs, bacon, V8 and orange juice.

Thursday: Sloppy Joes, wheat bun, baked beans, baby carrots, fruit cocktail.

Friday: Biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, pears, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The luncheon menu for the Douglas Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane.

Monday: Beef stir fry, steamed white rice, beet salad, whole wheat bread, Mandarin oranges.

Tuesday: Polish sausage, cottage cheese with fruit, red potatoes, sauerkraut, rye bread, island paradise cake.

Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed spinach, lettuce and tomato salad, whole wheat bread, Chantilly fruit cup.

Thursday: Sweet and sour pork, apple-nut slaw, rice, chow mein noodles, fortune cookie.

Friday: Crab salad, lettuce, tomato, hard-boiled egg, seven-grain dinner roll, fruit cup, lemon cake.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.

Monday: Meatball sub, split pea soup, cucumbers in sour cream, oranges.

Tuesday: Baked ham, cabbage, yams, bread, Mandarin oranges.

Wednesday: French toast, bacon, fruit salad, orange, juice.

Thursday: Barbecue ribs, baked beans, green applesauce, Bananas Foster.

Friday: Pancakes, sausage, fresh fruit, tomato juice.

STOREY COUNTY

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is located on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City.

Monday: Cabbage rolls, rice pilaf, cauliflower with cheese sauce, fruit salad.

Tuesday: Pork chops, mashed potatoes, dressing, gravy, vegetables, applesauce, cookies.

Wednesday: Barbecue chicken, baked acorn squash, cucumbers in sour cream, biscuit, Ambrosia.

Thursday: Cheese burgers with Tater Tots, coleslaw, fruit, cake.

Friday: Tuna sandwich with split pea soup, Waldorf salad, ice cream, pudding.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way.

Monday: Broasted chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetable, coleslaw, fruit, pudding.

Tuesday: Spaghetti, green beans, salad, French bread, cherry cobbler.

Wednesday: Stuffed baked potato, beet salad, cottage cheese, banana cream pie.

Thursday: Stuffed pork chops, mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetable, carrot salad, fruit.

Friday: Breakfast, 8:30-9:30 a.m. French toast, sausage links, scrambled eggs, cinnamon rolls.

FERNLEY

The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Drive.

Monday: Glazed ham, pineapple, sweet potato, broccoli, bread with butter, baked apple.

Tuesday: Barbecue chicken, baked acorn squash, cucumbers in sour cream, biscuit with honey, Ambrosia salad, margarine.

Wednesday: Clam chowder, turkey sandwich, garden salad, grapes.

Thursday: Lasagna, spinach salad, garlic bread, fresh orange halves.

Friday: Hamburger steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli and cauliflower.
