Carson City


The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:


• A 26-year-old Dayton man was arrested at 3 a.m. April 11 in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence for failing to attend anger management classes.


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:


• Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center at 12:36 a.m.


• A caller reported at 8:07 a.m. that her vehicle was broken into in the 4200 block of Pheasant Drive and CDs that didn't belong to her were left inside. A deputy responded and it was discovered that the vehicle was not broken into, nothing was taken and the CDs belonged to the caller's boyfriend's mother.


• Vehicle burglary report on Pheasant Drive at 8:27 a.m.


• A caller reported at 9:49 a.m. receiving phone calls from someone saying they were with the FBI and her phone was tapped. The man said if the woman paid him, he'd take the tap off.


• Caller reported at 1:01 p.m. that someone was laying in the fetal position in their front yard on Wingate Way at Hampton Drive. An intoxicated man was taken into civil protective custody.


• Coroner call at 1:19 p.m. in the 200 block of West Caroline Street.


• A woman reported at 11:57 a.m. that a 21-year-old woman was rubbing on her 14-year-old male neighbor.


• A mother reported at 3:20 p.m. that her 11-year-old son was battered by juveniles on College Parkway.


• A woman reported that she was shoved down by a man in the parking lot of Smith's at 6:34 p.m.


• A caller reported another driver was throwing things at their car and had pointed a gun at them in the 500 block of North Carson Street at 7:39 p.m.




Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:


• Misdemeanor arrest on Farm District Road at 12:12 a.m.


• Two students were detained at Dayton High School on suspicion of drug possession at 8:27 a.m.


• Report of a stolen money order on Lois Lane in Fernley at 9:51 a.m.


• Report of Vicodin stolen from an apartment on Dayton Valley Road at 10:03 a.m.


• Accident on Highway 50 East in Silver Springs at 3:43 p.m.


• A caller on Glick Road in Fernley reported at 4:52 p.m. he believed someone had poisoned his dog.


• A Fernley mother reported at 4:13 p.m. her 11-year-old son was hit in the face by another student at school.
