New owner of Carson Meadows wants to improve property

The new owner of Carson Meadows Apartments want to clean up the property and keep prices low.

Infinity Partners has bought the 30-unit apartment complex on Carson Meadows rive from a Encinitas, Calif.,-based company for $1.96 million. Infinity also owns Sierra View Apartments on Como Street.

David Craig, co-owner, said the business wants to provide good, affordable low-income housing and will paint, landscape and clean up the property.
