Carson City


The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• David Gulley, 56, of Carson City, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. in the 3600 block of Goni Road on suspicion of felony possession of a stolen vehicle. Bail was set at $25,000.


• A 41-year-old female wine steward from Carson City was arrested at 8:56 p.m. Wednesday in the 3600 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,132.


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:


• Report at 11:03 a.m. of a 9-year-old Fremont student hitting a classmate and choking another the previous day after school.


• Fight between an ex-boyfriend and a new boyfriend in the 3100 block of Bunch Way at 1:09 p.m.


• Vehicle burglary report on Adaline Street at 5:20 p.m.


• Report of tips stolen off the counter at Starbucks in the 1400 block of East William Street at 6:44 p.m.


• Report of a vehicle on College Parkway covered in "silicon and bologna" at 10:23 p.m. An arrest for contempt of court was made against the alleged perpetrator.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:


• Misdemeanor arrest in Mason Valley at 12:09 a.m.


• Misdemeanor arrest in Fernley at 1:23 a.m.


• Vehicle burglary report on Shadow Lane in Fernley at 9:17 a.m.


• Vehicle burglary report on Nader Street in Fernley at 12:55 p.m.


• Accident on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 10:29 p.m.


Storey County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:


• Report of a tractor trailer striking a wall on an Interstate 80 on-ramp at 1:50 p.m.
