Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Manuel Ricky Medrano, 27, a cook from Carson City, was arrested Monday at 4:41 p.m. in the 500 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor possession of a dangerous weapon, felony possession of a controlled substance and prisoner with a controlled substance. Bail was set at $50,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Graffiti reports on Woodside Drive and Crain Street.

• Vehicle burglary report in the 2100 block of California Street at 8:27 a.m.

• A gray Chevy SUV with Nevada plate 679SUN was reported stolen from the 3700 block of Woodside Drive at 9:24 a.m.

• A laptop, gun and $30 was reported missing from a home on Quinn Drive at 10:13 a.m.

• Vehicle burglary report in the 800 block of South Carson Street at 10:31 a.m.

• Accident on Nye Lane at 3:34 p.m.

• Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center at 7:06 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• A Mason Valley man reported that his housekeeper stole his credit cards.

• A Fernley woman reported someone tried to break her door down sometime over the weekend.

• Neighbor dispute report on East 10th Street in Silver Springs at 11:04 a.m.

• A Fernley woman reported at 12:47 p.m. that her neighbor threatened to give her AIDS and have her vehicle towed if she didn't move it.

• Felony arrest on Elm Street in Fernley at 3:15 p.m.

• Report of a vehicle sliding through the intersection and into the guard shack on Dayton Valley Road at 6:21 p.m.

• A report of a man lying on Pike Street in Dayton with his bicycle at 5:39 p.m.

• Report of two men possibly "smoking crack" in a vehicle on Woodlake Circle in Dayton at 10:31 p.m.
