The Nevada Department of Transportation reports at 6:20 a.m. the following road controls:
Interstate 80 " Snow tires or chains required for 2.7 miles between 0.6 miles west of Garson Road and 0.1 miles west of Mogul.
US 95A " Snow tires or chains required for 18.2 miles between US 95 at Schurz and 5.1 miles south of Yerington.
US 95 " Chains or snow tires required for 71.8 miles between 0.1 miles north of SR 361 (Gabbs Valley Road) and 13.5 miles north of Schurz.
Other road controls are noted; most area roads are wet with some icy patches. Drive carefully for the conditions.
