Bruce Lee "Corky" Smith

October 31, 1941 -- January 22, 2008

Corky was born to Bob & Jeanne Smith in Reno in 1941.

Corky graduated from Carson High in 1959 and attended Boise State College & the University of Nevada Reno, where he was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. Corky loved fishing, golfing and hunting, but most of all, spending time with family & friends. Corky worked in Reno as a Loss Prevention Consultant for Workcare Northwest Inc.

Corky is survived by his loving wife of 29 years Marti Smith, sister Harle

Glover and husband Alan Glover of Carson City. daughter Kerri Anderson of

Livermore, Calif., son in law Chip Anderson; son Casey Smith of Pleasanton, Calif.;

daughter in law Kendall Smith; Step sons Matt Kaylor; Daughter in law, Donna

Kaylor, Mitch Kaylor, Michael Kaylor, John Kaylor, Daughter in law, Chelsea

Kaylor, all of Carson City and 18 Grand Children.

Memorial Services will be held at Walton's Funeral Home, 1281 N. Roop Street

on Sunday January 27 at 11 a.m. A Celebration of Life to follow, at Eagles Lodge from 12:30-4:30 p.m., 1380 East 5th Street, Carson City, Nevada.
