Shaheen Beauchamp Builders has finished a new 11,000-square-foot medical office clinic and ambulatory surgery center for Skin Cancer & Dermatology Institute. The new facility, 3950 G.S. Richards Blvd., is adjacent to the Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center campus. The new facility will expand existing services provided by the Skin Cancer & Dermatology Institute in the Carson City area.




The four-mile extension of the USA Parkway into the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center's third phase, Comstock Meadows, is ready to be paved. After that, the parkway, which is the main road through the industrial complex, will be extended an additional four miles to the Lyon County line. When the parkway is completed, it will stretch 18 miles from I-80 to Highway 50.




Vince Griffith of Reno Engineering has bought his fifth piece of property at the Tahoe Reno industrial Center.


Griffith's latest buy was an 11.28-acre parcel on Portofino Drive, the new four-lane road into the second phase of TRI, Eagle Valley. He plans to take down the hilly portion of the property to be used for fill for one of his other properties.




The McShane Companies, headquartered in suburban Chicago, celebrated the completion of construction of its 560,000 square foot facility on a 52.5-acre site in the second phase, called Eagle Valley, of the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.




Nevada Site Search, www.nevadasitesearch.com, an interactive geographic information system, is among the first economic development web search sites in the nation to use Google Earth technology to enhance land-mapping capabilities.
