• Carson City Municipal Golf Course, 3999 Centennial Park Drive, bar/lounge, scored 98 points. Food contact surfaces of one speed gun contained debris and was not clean.

• Carson City Municipal Golf Course, 3999 Centennial Park Drive, restaurant, scored 99 points. A cold holding thermometer was missing from the prep table refrigerator.

• Highway Department Snack Bar, 1263 Stewart St., Food facility-fee exempt, scored 99 points. No sanitizing buckets prepared during food preparation.

• Plaza Hotel and Conference Center, 801 S. Carson St., restaurant, scored 100 points.

• Mom & Pop's Diner, 224 S. Carson St., restaurant, scored 99 points. Unnecessary articles (nonfunctional freezer) are stored on the premise.
