Utility work continues in Carson City; area passes open on Highways 50 and 80

Areas of utility work continue on Carson City streets, most notably on Fairview Drive from Silver Sage to South Edmonds, and on Highway 50 East from Saliman Road to Airport Road.

Highway 50 East roadwork is primarily from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Expect delays in both areas; please drive carefully.

The Nevada Department of Transportation reports at 6:24 a.m. all roads in Northern Nevada open with no controls.
