A Gardnerville man convicted in Carson City of sale of a controlled substance is being sought by Parole and Probation for walking away from an in-patient drug program.
Brandon Lee Kennedy, 22, was last seen Dec. 29 at the inpatient program at the Community Counseling Center in Carson City where he was undergoing court-ordered treatment.
Kennedy now has an outstanding warrant for probation/parole violation and is believed to be in the area.
He is described as 5-feet, 11-inches tall, weighing 128 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He has a pierced tongue, lip, and ears and tattoos on his wrist, abdomen and hip.
