The Ormsby Sportsmen's Association (OSA), a local organization for hunters and fishermen, will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening, May 20, at the Carson Nugget Convention Center.
The evening will feature Fred Messmann, Boating Safety Administrator for the Nevada Department of Wildlife. He will present a program on safe boating in the State of Nevada.
