Ben Duncan, 62, a Carson City resident, passed away at his home September 11, 2008. He was born in Kansas City, MO, on May 28, 1946, to Gene and Mary Duncan. He is survived by his wife Donna, children Alicia, Marcus, Chad and Tristan, mother Mary, father-in-law, three step children, and eight step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Fitzhenry's Chapel of Faith with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial with military honors will follow after the service at 1:30 p.m. at Northern Nevada Veterans memorial Cemetery in Fernley.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 388, P.O. Box 21614, Carson City, NV 89721. Fitzhenry's Funeral Home is caring for the arrangements.
