Emergency personnel have cleared the scene of a 4-car accident at East William and Stewart streets.
At 7:38 a.m., emergency personnel responded to an accident at East William and Stewart streets.
One driver complained of pain to the chest and was bleeding from the mouth. They were transported to Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center.
Traffic may still be affected.
