Lueta E. Santos, 83, died April 11, 2009 in Carson City. She was born March 13, 1926 to Eddie and Ethel Epperley in Sperry, Okla. Among her survivors are her daughter Carol Jean Perry; sons Michael William Perry and Danny George Winder; brother Sanford Epperley, two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
