Welcome back after spring break!

We are well into the second semester now with spring break behind us and a few weeks to go until summer vacation.

Carson High School has an exciting Spring Fling week planned for this week with many exciting events. A couple of those highlights are: a game of Canadian Kickball from 6 -8 p.m. this evening in the big gym. A permission form must be signed in order to participate.

Tuesday is a tie dye and movie night. Bring a white shirt dye, or buy one for $4. Watch the movie "Bolt" while you creating your shirt.

Wednesday's event is a colorful plastic Eggstravaganza! It'll be an egg hunt with some twists.

Also, there will be a double-header baseball games on Saturday at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Let's Pack the Park and see one of the most intense games of the season between Carson and Galena.

Senior Project presentations are quickly approaching. April 30 and May 1 are late start days, while the seniors present their speeches to members of their panels.

It is a nerve-racking day, but so rewarding experiencing an end to all of their hard work.

We thank all who have volunteered their time to be judges.
